Support: We really like the support team for Bluehost. Each of our test calls was promptly answered and the techs were knowledgeable. It is always nice when the support team can answer your questions promptly and you know they aren’t having to refer to some sort of manual or script for the answers you need. We also found their web chat to be a really nice option though it appeared to be a bit slower than over the phone. This is probably due to the web help managing more than one person at a time.
