Web Hosting Pad has unlmited bandwidth and hosting space and plenty of ad credit to help jump start your website. But perhaps their biggest draw is their meager $3.96 monthly cost. Without going for the free hosts which are normally pretty lousy this is pretty much the best price you can find out there.
Cost/Value: One of the best prices out there.
Storage/Bandwidth: Unlimited. It's becoming a standard and it's surprising when it's the standard.
Features: Web Hosting Pad has as solid feature set although it may not be quite as expansive as a few of the others.
Reliability: As with most of the hosts we had a few hiccups. Nothing too severe - expect pretty solid performance.
Support: 24/7 phone support seems to be pretty good. We had our calls answered pretty quickly and the support team was able to answer all the basic questions on our list.
